Madame Olivia Holdings LLC, which owns and operates the Madame Olivia restaurants, sends work-related text messages to its own employees and managers from its private management portal. This page explains what is sent, who receives it, how a person is enrolled and how to stop.
Messages are informational only. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
Only current employees and managers of Madame Olivia. The phone number is the one you gave the company for your employee profile when you were hired. When you sign in to the portal with that number you request a verification code by text, and by doing so you agree to receive these work-related messages at that number. Managers choose which notifications their store sends from the portal's Notification Settings.
Message frequency varies with your schedule and your store's settings, typically a few messages a week. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Stopping texts does not affect your employment or your access to the portal; your schedule stays available there and by email.
Your phone number is used only to deliver these messages and to verify your sign-in. It is not shared with or sold to any third party, and it is never used for advertising.
